Terms & Conditions regarding the classes
- Cancellation of a booked class requires 12 hours prior notice. Makeup sessions can be offered based on level, belt, and age sessions.
- Payment can be done by cash, credit card, or via bank transfer.
- We have a no-refund policy.
- UAE Government Special Events, National Tournament, Grading, Seminar, etc. will be extra entry fees to the UAE Government
Media Consent
I give consent to my child to be photographed and filmed during training. Force Strike has the Right to use These Images for promotional purposes on social media, flyer.
Waiver
I, hereby, allow my Son/Daughter to join classes at Force Strike Martial Arts. I will not hold Force Strike Martial Arts Responsible for any Lost/Damage item or any injury or Impairment.
Force Strike has the right to make any necessary changes to the program or trainers prior to or during the term or session.
